How do I initiate a return / exchange?

Return Policy

Didn't quite fit or it simply didn't work out? No problem! Send it back to Palisades HQ at no cost to receive a full refund, or exchange for a different size, color, or style. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The Palisades return and exchange policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. To initiate a return, contact us here.

A little too snug or loose? We have your back. Simply contact us here to initiate an exchange at no cost to you.

Defective / Damaged Orders

If you believe that you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please let us know immediately by sending us a message.

Please include in your email the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your current shipping address
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the defect or damage. Did your dog eat it? Did you throw it off a moving train? We want to know!

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $50.00 ship for absolutely free.

  • First Class/Priority (2-7 days) - Free
  • FedEx Ground (3-7 days) - $10
  • Personal hand delivery by Olim (1-5 days) - $500.00 to Southern California
  • FedEx 2 Day - Varies by order
How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer free shipping for orders over $50.00 on all orders placed in the United States. If you need your Palisades goodies sooner, we do offer expedited shipping for an additional $25.00.

Standard orders placed before 12PM PST will be processed and handed off to the carrier the same business day. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12PM PST shipped the following day.

  • First Class/Priority (2-7 days) - FREE for orders over $50.00
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 days) - $25.00
