Defective / Damaged Orders
If you believe that you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please let us know immediately by sending us a message.
Please include in your email the following information:
- Your order number
- Your current shipping address
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
- A brief description of the defect or damage. Did your dog eat it? Did you throw it off a moving train? We want to know!
- First Class/Priority (2-7 days) - Free
- FedEx Ground (3-7 days) - $10
- Personal hand delivery by Olim (1-5 days) - $500.00 to Southern California
- FedEx 2 Day - Varies by order
Standard orders placed before 12PM PST will be processed and handed off to the carrier the same business day. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12PM PST shipped the following day.
- First Class/Priority (2-7 days) - FREE for orders over $50.00
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 days) - $25.00
